Program Description

DuctMasters offers an SMS messaging program (the "Program") that sends appointment reminders, order updates, and account notifications and/or promotional offers and marketing messages to Program participants who have opted in.

Opt-In

By providing your phone number and opting in via our website form or signing our consent form,  you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from DuctMasters related to air conditioning, home, or bulding services at the mobile number

provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency, Costs, and Carriers

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or

undelivered messages.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this Program. If you would like to rejoin, text/reply START to the same number.
