1. How long does A/C replacement take?
Anywhere from 1-2 days per A/C system.

2. Why is there water dripping on the floor by my unit?List Item 2
When was the last time you changed filter on your A/C unit? When was the last maintenance performed on your system? Is the pan full or is the leak coming from somewhere else on the system? If you are not sure you can call our office at (954) 791-4111 to schedule a technician out for a diagnosis and repair.

3. My A/C is blowing warm air, I checked the inside (AHU) and it is frozen. What should I do?List Item 3
Answer: First please turn the system off and put the fan to the on position so that the system can thaw out by the time the technician arrives. There could be a leak in the refrigerant system and when that happens the system may over cool and freeze up.

I just had a CAMP (maintenance) done last week and there is water dripping, what do I do?List Item 4
Answer: Call our office to send a technician out and if it has anything to do with the camp we did then there will be no charge. If it is a new issue then we charge a service call that will be credited towards any repairs.

5. You just changed the motor in my system and the system is still not cooling, what do I do?
Answer: I can send a technician out to see what is the issue. If it has to do with the repair we just did (the motor) then there will not be a charge if it had to do with a new issue we will charge $149.00 for service call which will be credited towards repairs.

6. How long is my warranty on my A/C repair?
Answer: If the issue was a water leak; 90 days. If it is a part (that we did not install the unit;) 1 year otherwise depending on what the part is it has an original warranty (If the original owner, if not then the warranty is voided).

7.My system is not working and I live in a condominium, what do I do?
Answer: Call our office to schedule a technician and inform us on if the system is running or not cooling. Also let us know if there are any restraints at your condominium that we need to know about (like;. what are the time frames that we can work and also do we need permission to get on the roof or is it open for easy access)?

9. Do I need a permit?
Answer: We are able to provide you a permit at an additional cost of $595.00 which covers the City Application, processing fees and inspection.

10. Will my home insurance cover the job?
Answer: It depends but you will have to talk to your insurance company directly to see what your policy covers.

11. My thermostat is blank, what should I do?List Item 1
Answer: Did you check your breakers to see if they tripped. Has there been a power outage recently? Did you check your batteries in the thermostat?
